Pre-employment Health and Functional Assessments
Established in response to urgent client staffing needs and Labour Co-operative’s commitment to occupational health and safety standards, Labour Co-operative Health (“LCH”) provides a comprehensive pre-employment health and functional assessment service.
LCH services include Pre-Employment Health & Functional Assessments, Drug Screening, Risk Assessment Training, Manual Handling Training, Health Promotion Education & Awareness, and ISO 9002 OH&S Induction Training. Assessments are tailored to a client’s work environment and staffing needs via Task Analysis.
Labour Co-operative Training (“LCT”) is a VETAB Registered Training Organisation (RTO); established to further the Labour Co-operative’s mission to “gain more people full-time employment”. Courses include:
- Traffic Control Tickets
- Work Safely in the Construction Industry (Green Card)
- Elevated Work Platform
- Forklift
- Overhead Pendant Crane
- Dogging
- Cert II & III in Civil Construction.
Training can be offered in our branches or at client sites as required.
