Pyschological Screening
LCH are able to provide psychological screening to ensure the psychological suitability of selected persons to the work they intend to engage in. LCH is authorised to deliver Thomas International “Goodness of Fit” and “Emotional Intelligence” Assessments. The “Goodness of Fit” assesses how closely an individuals personality preferred work behavioural style profile matches an Existing Job Benchmark (based on position description) or Human Job Analysis Benchmark (based on profiles of top performers) and provides a “goodness of fit” rating. This analysis can increase staff retention and enable more effective people management by providing an insight into how people behave at work; along with their strengths and limitations. The “Emotional Intelligence” assessment is designed to determine how closely the candidates Emotional Intelligence matches with the emotional demands of the job. This assessment helps identify an individual’s capacity to understand and control their own emotions and recognise and manage others around them, leading to a more effective and productive working environment and emotionally healthier teams.
